In his current role, Mr. Iannacone is Co-founder
and Vice President of Business Development responsible for
the business development strategies and sales operations. Mr.
Iannacone was formerly the Manager of Life Cycle Programs and
Technology where he was responsible for a 10-year, $550M contract
win facilitated through the Lockheed Martin IDE. Additional
responsibilities included AEGIS Life Cycle Program Management,
Electronic Documentation and Technology Insertion. As a Program
Manager, Mr. Iannacone led the multifunctional Integrated Product
Development (IPD) Team in the development of Corporate IPD
Framework and program implementations. Mr. Iannacone also chaired
the Lockheed Martin Engineering Process Improvement IPD Sub-council
responsible for corporate best practices.
Mr. Iannacone also has nine years experience in electronic
packaging as a Design and Project Engineer with a broad background
in signal processor equipment. He was the Lead Mechanical
Engineer on the AEGIS SPY-1D(V) Advanced Signal Process Program.
Mr. Iannacone’s advances in Printed Circuit Board Technology
and Microwave Packaging have been patented and published.
Mr. Iannacone was the recipient of the GE Inventors Fulcrum
Award in 1988 and the RCA Chief Engineering’s Technology
Award in 1986.
Mr. Iannacone earned his Bachelors of Science and Masters
of Science Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State
