Our helpdesk service is renowned for its expertise and responsiveness. All users will be able to contact our Helpdesk which is available 24 hours
a day/7 days a week (24X7). NetIDEAS provide two methods of Help Desk Support, non-urgent and urgent on a 24x7 basis. Non-urgent support is
provided via email HelpDesk@netideasinc.com, Non-urgent requests are answered within one business day. Urgent request Help Desk Support is
available via a toll free number 1-877-742-3725. An operator will take information regarding user's name, immediate call back number and
nature of the call. A technical support person will respond within 15 minutes after placed call.
NetIDEAS Support and PTC Support work together to solve your complex issues
Through our Helpdesk, NetIDEAS will be your first line of support. If a user issue requires support from PTC, NetIDEAS will open a helpdesk
ticket with PTC and provide support back to you, the Customer. NetIDEAS and PTC support have been working together for ten years to provide service to our Customers.
